Shipping Policy

  • Order processing: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) after payment is confirmed.
  • Shipping carriers: We ship via major carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx) depending on package size, weight, and destination.
  • Shipping costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
  • Tracking: When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email (if an email address is provided at checkout).
  • Address accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect/undeliverable addresses.
  • Undeliverable / returned to sender: If a package is returned due to an address issue, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
  • International shipping: If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for customs duties/taxes and import fees where applicable.
  • Shipping delays: Carrier delays can happen. Once a shipment is in the carrier’s possession, transit time is outside our control.
Tip: If you’re ordering multiple items, they may ship in separate packages depending on availability.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

  • Return window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (unless otherwise noted on the product page).
  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all tags, parts, and inserts.
  • Non-returnable items: Certain items may not be returnable, including:
    • Used or installed items
    • Final sale / clearance items (if marked as such)
    • Consumables (e.g., opened scents/chemicals), and items where resale is not possible for hygiene/safety reasons
  • Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • Return shipping: Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refund timing: Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Most refunds are issued within 3–7 business days of inspection.
  • Original shipping: Shipping fees paid at checkout are generally non-refundable (unless required by law or due to our error).
How to Start a Return
  1. Email info@hinklebaits.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions (and an RMA number if required).
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back per the instructions.
Chargebacks: If you have a concern, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
